All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

During high-demand periods such as new drops, launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment.

2. PRODUCTION TIME

Some BYFEL items are produced on demand to maintain quality and reduce waste.

Please allow an additional 3–7 business days for production before your order is shipped.

Canada & United States

  • Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days

International

  • Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days

4. SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We may offer free shipping on select orders or promotions.

5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update.

6. DELAYS

BYFEL is not responsible for delays caused by:

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been processed or shipped, BYFEL is not responsible for lost packages.

8. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

BYFEL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

9. INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes.
